when I first watched the film Angels & Demons I said to myself that I must definitely go to the Vatican City....... Two years later my dream came true...watching those clips of the Vatican City and actually being in the Vatican City was one of the greatest experience in my life!!!!!!!!!!!

My journey in Florence ends today....I didn't want to leave...it was very sad day for most of us.. the week went fast so quick ...but my experience here was worth it. before we were off back home we had to make a stop at Pisa to see the Leaning tower which was really quick because we had to go back to the airport to make in time.

On this day we went to EL Domo, which is one of the biggest church in the world. inside was so beautiful ..it just makes you wonder how they were able to make all of these great architecture, sculptures,and paintings at that time. its just simply amazing the 500 stairs to reach the top was a challenge but fun...in the end it was worth it because we got see a very nice view from the top basically all of Florence.... I made sure I took some nice pictures later on most of the group split up to go shopping for souvenirs. At night we decided to go out for a little since there was a festival going on because it was an Italian National holiday and of coarse since it was our last night here we went out and partied!!!!!!!!!!

The Gods must favor us because since yesterday Oscar & I planned to go 2 Rome but we couldn't wake up.....so the plan for today was to go to Venice with the group but that got canceled because all the train tickets were booked so the plan got changed to go @ Rome instead of venice which was were I wanted to go in the first place . I've always wanted to go to Rome because it is a City that has a lot culture and history and The Roman Empire is my favorite part of history... I went to see the Colosseum. Another great place that I went was Vatican City. I was able to go to St Peter's Square and go into St Peter's Basilica since it was raining I didn't have to make that big line which was awesome. the with the group we also decide to go to Fountain of Trevi, its a big fountain which is also know as the fountain of youth,The day ended with us returning to Florence around 8.

Today Oscar and I planned to go to Rome because initially that was not in the plan with ISA so we planed it ourselves but unfortunately we couldn't wake up because we had long night and lack of sleep .......we tried to pull an all nighter but it didn't work lol........on the other hand the other guys ended up going to Sienna in which they had lots of fun.....it was a shame that we missed it...but on the bright side we took advantage of our free museum access cards that the ISA provide us...so we got to go to check some museums and enjoyed the beautiful paintings.

on this day I went on more historic parts of Florence....we went to see Medici Palace which is extremely beautiful with the chapel and the meted gold use for the painting...there is simply no word to describe the beauty, unfortunately we couldnt take no pics so you just going to have to take my word!!!!!!!!!

Today was basically the first day, we woke up very early, I had breakfast and then we met up with ISA coordinates, we were guided by Sabrina Landina who was very sweet and helpful, so the we all went to a giuded tour to Ponte , Vecchio, Piazza, Signoria, Medici Palace....I was really captivated and mesmerized by the beauty of the architecture and culture that Florence has its simply marvelous. that was bascaly the whole day on Monday and later @ night and the gang the "wolfpack" thats what we call ourselves decide to go out @ night clubbing...I really didnt know anybody well except for my boy Oscar and Dereck but as time passed I bonded and got along with everybody very well!!!!!!!!!!!
